RECAPTURING HOME ECONOMICS
Grab My Apron brings home economics into today's world through engaging, hands-on instruction. Students learn practical skills they can use in the kitchen, garden, home, and everyday life — all in an encouraging environment where questions, creativity, and learning by doing are welcomed.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Victoria Ferretti is a fourth-generation home economics educator whose career has been dedicated to helping students develop practical skills, creativity, and confidence.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics, a California Single Subject Teaching Credential for grades 7–12, a K–8 Multiple Subject Authorization, and a Montessori teaching certificate. She is a recipient of the Kent Award for innovative teaching and was named Employee of the Year at Rolling Hills Middle School.
