Cancellation Policy

At Grab My Apron, every class is carefully planned to create a meaningful, hands-on experience. From purchasing fresh ingredients and preparing recipes to setting up workstations and class materials, our instructors invest significant time and expense well before the class begins. Because of this, all class registrations are final and non-refundable.

Once your registration has been completed, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, illness, or changes in personal plans. Our instructors and staff purchase ingredients and supplies based on the number of registered participants, often several weeks in advance, making it impossible to recover these costs when a cancellation occurs.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you're welcome to give or sell your reservation to a friend or family member. There is no fee to transfer your spot, and you do not need to notify us of the name change prior to the class. Simply have the new attendee arrive with the original reservation information.

In the rare event that Grab My Apron must cancel a class due to instructor illness, low enrollment, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future class.
